Elephant Teapot

We’re head-over-heels for the imaginative and beautifully crafted ceramic work of artist Giana Eden. Fashioned after a childhood toy Giana crafted this tea pot in her Jesup, Georgia studio where she employs traditional Japanese throwing techniques, with each piece individually formed and trimmed with hand-made tools, dried, glazed, and fired. Our elephant teapot features a trunk for a spout, a tail for the handle and a sweet little bird on the removable lid, all finished in fine lead-free glazes. The teapot is fully functional, holds two large mugs of tea and is dishwasher safe. As with all handcrafted items, please allow for slight variations in form and finish.
