Vintage Popcorn Boxes

At least four localities in the US claim to be the "Popcorn Capital of the World": Marion, Ohio; Ridgeway, Illinois; Schaller, Iowa; and North Loup, Nebraska. In an apparent attempt to solidify their commitment to the title Illinois made popcorn the official state snack and in October 2006 they unveiled the world's largest popcorn ball weighing 3,415 pounds with a circumference of 24.5 feet!
